Sales Account Manager


Loguers Hotel Sales & Marketing is a leading hotel sales and marketing agency specializing in driving revenue growth for hotels and resorts. We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our partners' properties and driving sales revenue.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry. You will create and deliver effective sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and provide outstanding customer service to our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Market and competition analysis
  • Develop positive relationships with partners
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Overlooking hotel sales and providing the necessary consultation
  • Yield and Revenue Management
  • In charge of utilizing in the best possible way OTA extranets in order to increase hotel sales
  • Keeping the property's content informed and up to date
  • Being able to communicate excellently is substantial for this position and building partner relations
  • Responsibilities also include reporting and data analysis
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to our partners
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
  • Provide exceptional customer service to partners throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
